Does manifestation really work?

Lately on the internet there have been a lot of people riding the manifestation and affirmation wagon. While it's great seeing the positivity, the affirmations and people going after what they want, I see a lot of surface level interpretation of what manifestation really looks like.

On today's solo show, I am getting real about what manifestation is, what it is not and how to practice manifestation to get the things that your soul desires.

I am not a manifestation expert or guru. Everything I say in this podcast is based off of my own experiences or listening to others that were saying real shit.
