Looking to cultivate a deeper sense of well being? Seeking to foster more inner freedom and self love? It all starts with the practice of molding and shaping the inner voice that we all experience within our selves. Everyday all day, we are undergoing an inner dialogue, the inner voice communicates with us in a particular frequency which has been configured through how we’ve either consciously or unconsciously allowed it to manifest. Is the vibration of this voice one of empowerment or disempowerment, self diminishment or self love? I believe it is integral to harness and understand the power of the mind and its inner workings for the sake of our wellness. Our thoughts form our stories about self, our stories about self, our core identities and our core identities our external realities. Our relationship with self, or the inner voice is reflected in every thing we are experiencing in our external world; our relationships, our work, our bodies, our results in life as a whole. The world as we know it is really only us experiencing ourselves.
In today’s episode I talk about the importance of building awareness around the being within the body and how we can actively cultivate and shape a loving relationship with it. Through the gift of mindfulness, taking responsibility, persistence, and conscious choice, we can re shape the frequency in which our thoughts naturally flow. We have the power of re programming the essence in which our inner voice speaks to us by taking agency over it and choosing differently. When the inner critic, monkey mind, self diminishing voice starts to run a muck, remember that there is always an option to choose a tone that is more conducive to self love and constructiveness. When we deliberately make this choice we are rewiring the brain and laying new neurological pathways that can propel us forward in new and exciting ways. It’s a daily practice and process, it requires dedication and commitment. Please share the episode if you enjoyed or found value. Thanks for getting curious with me today, aho!
