When we have a problem we intuitively look at that problem. I believe this is a mistake and that we have to learn to act counterintuitively.
Einstein once said, that „we cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them“. I believe this contains a very important message: the solution is on a different level than the problem.
I would add: the solution is made of different elements than the problem. Thus the solution is (more than we believe) independent and detached from the problem.
In this episode I give some examples and explain what I mean. I give what effects this should have on our behaviour and what we can immediately start doing in order to work on solutions instead of working on problem.
