A new season is upon us. As we collectively observe the majesty and the wonder of the Sun and the life-giving light that it offers us why not connect with your own Light? In this practice, we will:

* move our energy from effort and force into co-creative flow

* invite and allow golden honeyed light to drip from crown, down

* engage the energies of Solstice so we can radiate from the inside-out
