Jackie, a passionate fan art artist hailing from Newark, NJ. Growing up, anime was her constant companion thanks to her sister's influence, a fascination which she carried through adulthood. Life wasn't always easy. Sheltered by her protective mother and surviving a near kidnapping as a child, Jackie saw the world through innocent eyes until she encountered the harsh realities of microaggressions and racism. Despite facing adversity, especially from a school teacher, Jackie's introverted nature became her sanctuary for processing trauma. But life had other plans, and the need to cover veterinary bills for her ailing dog led her on a path to entrepreneurship. That's how Jac Designs was born, initially offering stickers and later blossoming into a platform to support the BLM movement and showcase her unique fan art style inspired by funko toys. Jackie's journey is a testament to resilience and creativity. Follow along as she transforms challenges into artistry!
