There was major news reported this week that supermarkets are buying up to 25% more supplies as they predict cost of essential items will rise. Normally supermarkets buy in a just in time inventory protocol but now you see them stocking up with anything they can. Look for a rise in prices at your market and the shelves could become bare at times.
