Edmund Emil Kemper III is an American serial killers, serial rapist, cannibal and necrophile who murdered 10 people, including his paternal grandparents and mother. He is noted for his height of 6 feet 9 inches and for his very IQ score of 145. Edmund Kemper got the nickname because most of his victims were female college students.
