  • When transferring your business to a new owner, you need to make sure the clients needs are still met and that the transition does not get dragged out. You need a plan in place to allow a quick and seamless transition. Staff retention is also critical!
  • The key to successfully selling your business is to maintain client retention. If your clients all start looking elsewhere, the buyer may back out of the deal or you may lose out on the initial offer for your company because of the depreciation.
