College ball is a multi-billion dollar industry, and while the coaches are paid millions, the players (often people of color) are given nothing but a scholarship to attend college. Only a small fraction of those players end up in the NBA.

In this Braus proposes a way to pay college basketball players by taking a page from the book of the economist Thomas Piketty who proposed fixing the inequality in capitalism by awarding everyone a universal inheritance at the beginning of middle age.

Joined by Bedford Williams, Scot and Braus in this conversation cut across basketball, economics, and society. Join in for a wide ranging solution to some big problems.
