We all have problems. In fact, most of us get up and start thinking of the problems because our minds are wired to start solving the problems. If our minds are so full of problems that we cant go to sleep, then we call this “stress”. If my problems seem bigger than I can solve, we get anxious. If our problems stay bigger than us or they seem to crush my drive, life, and future, this called depression. So, we all have a need to learn how to solve problems.
In this part one discussion, I want to discuss the importance of reframing problems.
