Mandy Snyder is a Somatic Healer who helps people feel more at home in their bodies. She leads groups and does individual work for emotional healing, trauma resolution, nervous system regulation and self-discovery. She loves to help people access their calm centers, from which grounded creativity and self-empowerment can emerge. Her super power is welcoming the shadow parts of us, with compassion and acceptance, and helping others to cultivate this capacity. In her free time, she loves walking in nature, making soup, laughing, and dancing.
