It's Okay to Cry with Bronte Spicer

Somatic Healing with Autism with Leah Kearns (Part 2)

Listen Later

The conversation with Leah Kearns continues with Part 2. Her recent Autism diagnosis and discovery of how to approach her feelings differently through Bronte's online program Beyond Belief does not compare to other experiences. Listen as Bronte and Leah discuss further:

  • Freedom to be authentically you alongside Autism and other aspects that make up who we are. The freedom to be within yourself with ease.
  • Being able to slow down and change how we respond to others. Having an awareness to see what is being presented without shame.
  • Prioritising our feelings with the Kiloby Inquiries, building a capacity to feel safe with feelings as they arise and understand they are not going to stay forever.
  • Finding peace and connection through simple moments such as checking the letterbox with presence, through feeling the sun, walking each step, noticing sounds and physical sensations in the body.
  • You can follow and support Leah via her Instagram account @leahkearns as she continues to grow and incorporate the Kiloby Inquries into her life.
