“Resourcing” is a term used quite often in the somatic space, but if you’re new here and not a practitioner of any sort, this term might sound a little strange and clunky to you.
This episode is not a list of resources for self care, rather, it’s an exploration of what “resourcing” ourselves actually means– so that we can get beyond the surface level, capitalistic version of self care, and actually build up a toolkit of resources that support our nervous systems in accessible and doable ways.
This episode…
* gives definition and context to the term “resourcing”
* offers multiple frameworks for thinking about your own resources
* connects the dots between why resourcing ourselves is CRITICAL for both our individual healing as well as doing our parts to contribute to collective healing and social change
* offers ideas for what your resources might look like
