Whatever your tradition, the Christmas Holidays are a time of year when many of us get the opportunity to take a few days off and spend some quality time with loved ones.  It is also a time for reflection. 

In this short Christmas video, I share two simple but powerful things that I’d like you to consider and be mindful of over the festive season.
