Overrated – have a higher opinion of (someone or something) than is deserved. The meaning of the word "overrated" has been misconstrued during rap debates. It doesn't mean wack or terrible but when someone uses the term people immediately believe you think someone or something sucks. So is famed Rap producer Mannie Fresh overrated?
