Here is some rambling on the last build steps of the polysynth. It took me more than two years to come this far. I finished the input section and build the acrylic case out of parts that I ordered. It was the fist time I glued acrylic and I think it turned out great!

Sorry for the quiet voice in the demo part!

Key features of the synth:

  • 8 independent analog voices
    • one VCO/VCA/ADSR per voice
    • ADSR can modulate filter frequency and resonance
    • multi-mode filter (8 different filter responses)
    • fully programmable
      • store/restore patches
      • programmable control/input section
      • 16x2 LCD
      • MIDI input
