Some Update Again

This is Y Que Guey?, a raw space where survival meets truth and resistance. I’m your host—a survivor of rape, sexual assault, and long-term abuse who grew up as a gay Latino in a small, unaccepting Oregon community. Seeking escape, I moved to Texas, only for the persecution to follow, culminating in a 7-year prison sentence. But my story didn’t end there. Today, I’m fighting back through the federal court system. I’ve filed a civil rights lawsuit and a Habeas Corpus petition, taking a stand against the systems that failed me. It's for fellow survivors, anyone who believes speaking the truth!
