This week on The Marvelous Middle Age Podcast I’m joined by Ashton Knatz, an Enneagram Type Six.
Ashton is a young, sustainability professional with an interest in sustainability management and she is planning to earn her Master's degree in the fall. She also is my niece and I couldn’t be more proud of her!
In today’s episode, we talk about the Core Motivations for an Enneagram Six. Enneagram Sixes are theLoyal Guardian and seek security, guidance and support. Sixes are cautious and prepared for every possibility.
A unique trait of the Enneagram Six is that they have an inner committee. They look for input from others to help them feel secure and make decisions.
We also discuss the stress and growth paths of an Enneagram Six. In growth Sixes move towards the healthy type Nine and in stress Sixes move towards an unhealthy type Three. Ashton shares how both of these paths show up for her.
I recently completed my Enneagram Coaching certification and would love to work with you!
