Today's ADHD friend is Amy Lynn.  She has been through a lot as a recovering addict and recently diagnosed with ADHD at age 49.  Despite all of her struggles, she is motivated to start over again at DAY 1.  Amy is one of the most inspiring people I have spoken with and you will soon hear why.  A few hours before a new year, I can't think of a better way to celebrate than listening to Amy and I discuss ADHD.  Together, we are "Something for Someone."
