As we continue our discussion on biblical submission, we talk about seeing (and treating) your husband as a brother in Christ, get a better understanding on the definition of help meet, as well as some personal anecdotes from Caroline about how she realized her place as one.

If you’re a Christian, you’ve heard a sermon about the infamous (wrongly so, in our opinion) word: SUBMISSION. If you’re a Christian woman, you may have some opinions on the matter! God’s instructions come with blessings, but we can’t follow instructions that we don’t understand, (or hate. Or hate because we have the wrong understanding.) So…let’s start talking about it!

Mothers play a huge part in laying down a firm foundation in Christ for their children to build on. One of the ways we do that is through correcting our children’s behavior, instructing them in righteousness, while bearing the Fruits of the Spirit. It’s a big job, but we have God, our Heavenly Father, ready to help us.

The first topic suggested to us was Time Management. A meaningful, and sometimes overwhelming subject for any woman, we pray that you be encouraged! You DO have too much to do, but if we draw near to the Lord and give Him each day, He will be faithful to help us keep our to-do lists in order.

In my (Hannah’s) experience, lots of women these days need help understanding their God-given authority in their home, how to be a helpmeet, and lack a Titus 2 sister to encourage them on their journey through life.
