Complaining vs Thankfulness.  It's easier to be happier when you're thankful.  How do we overflow with thankfulness?  We need to actively look for things to be thankful for.  If it's big enough to complain about, it's big enough to be thankful for.  Give thanks in everything.  1 Choronicles 16:34
