A 20-year-old café worker thought she was finishing just another late shift in a busy shopping district. But when a strange man walked in minutes before closing — muttering, laughing to himself, and drinking hard liquor from a hidden bottle — the night took a turn. After thanking her with a candy bar that looked cut open and resealed, the atmosphere shifted from odd to terrifying.
