I'm not sure if it's the season change or just the time of year. March is over but the month is definitely a trigger for me. There's a lot of grief for me during March. Spring has been full of snow, and I don't know about you, but I was DONE with winter! Looking at what has happened in my life and the feeling I have around it. I try looking at my life from a birds-eye view so I can bring myself back to today and to reality so I can find the good times and smile.
