When you don't feel like doing the thing...do you do it or not?

Tbh, I didn't really feel like recording and uploading an episode tonight..but here I am. And as much as I love you all for listening, I did it for me, first. I love doing the podcast!

There will always be those days, however, that you'd rather blow off even the FUN commitments.

In some cases, I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing depending on your intention.

Tonight though, with the super low bar of entry to sit at my coffee table and talk to my phone and push a few buttons, coupled with the fact that I knew I'd feel good just showing up as I am in this moment, I decided to stick to what I said I'd do. And I'm glad I did. :)
