I talk about how having to teach moms and share on my platforms the "dirty secrets" about the birth world, does not mean I am "anti" anything (ie interventions, hospitals, OBs). It simply means we HAVE to be aware.

I have a goal in my content and my program to build awareness and tell hard truths without instilling more fear and overwhelm, while also meeting each mom where she is at in her journey. I also empathize with each individual's circumstances and help solidify their ability to trust themselves above all else.
