Episode #50

Welcome back everyone! I hope you're having an amazing week so far. It's March 17th so Happy St. Patty's Day! 

Today I wanted to discuss the importance of a creative reset. Essentially taking time off, which yes includes a social media detox, to not do, think, or react. All you're doing is, well nothing! 

No phones, computers, or even listening to podcasts because the goal of this is to let your creativity rest.

Just like we need to vacation or get out of the house, our brain and thinking process needs  a break from time to time. Especially as entrepreneurs, we are constantly creating, comparing, and launching 'that' next big thing. We see so much from competition online we're constantly trying to do it all & then some. 

But, like everything else, if we don't ever take a break from creating & launching, we'll never have the real energy needed to scale our business.
