I had the pleasure of interviewing one of my best friends for this episode. spICE has been a burlesque performer in the Seattle Washington area for five years now. I really wanted to talk to her about her experiences in the burlesque community as a dark skin women of color. Also, in this episode we highlight blue dream as our stranf of the episode.

Welcome to a bougie ass episode with BougieLungz! As a rising star in DC’s cannabis community I was very excited when he said he was interested in being interviewed for the show. In this episode we discuss the cannabis culture and business in Washington DC. We also discussed the medicinal benefits of the plant as well as the need for full legalization.

I have included links and the names of people referenced on this episode for you below. Enjoy!

To say that the Dr. Florence Farley is a trailblazer is a huge understatement. At 90 years old she visits me every 6 weeks for me to shampoo and style her waist length, silver locs I have a chance to listen to her share stories. I asked if she wouldn't mind me I recorded our conversation this past week for the podcast and she was happy to oblige. I hope you enjoy this casual conversation w/ an elder. Also be sure to google her and find out more on your own about the amazing, Dr. Florence Farley

It's time to open your mouth and say what's on your heart! Stop assuming people can read your mind because they cannot.

Hands down this has been my favorite episode! This is the first installment in my shop talk series of this podcast and it happened by accident! I hope you enjoy this true story showing a young person transitioning and their mom that loves them!
