We interviewed Erica Wosky a few months ago and now we’re back to taste wine with her and get her insightful tasting notes. With the lighter and seafood dominated menu at Chef Dominique Crenn’s  Petit Crenn, Wosky shares a few examples of wines on the list that complement the cuisine.  We met at Internos Wine Cafe and tasted:
