Solomon's Song of Songs is an erotic poem, unique within the Hebrew Bible in that it shows no interest in Law or Covenant or the God of Israel. It doesn't teach or explore wisdom ; instead, it celebrates sexual love, as one hot girl asks one fine fella where he parks his goats so they can meet up during the heat of the day for a secret boom-boom tryst under the trees. Husband goes absolutely ballistic over the hypocrisy of this book's inclusion in the Bible.
