This week's interview on AgriAdventures is with Sonia Bruno from Continental Taralli in Adelaide. 

Sonia is the Marketing Manager at this family business which runs in Adelaide since the 1970s, Sonia's father arrived from Avellino-Italy. He started the business baking bread in the back of his house as missing his hometown flavors. Continental Taralli is now a small established local producer that sells in many of the local iconic stores of beautiful Taralli crackers in Adelaide and South Australia.
