  • Episode 57 - In My Motherhood Era: Toddler Life Updates, Growth & Grace

    Send us Fan Mail

In this episode, I’m catching you up on life lately with Raya as we navigate the almost-two stage of toddlerhood and all the changes that come with this season of motherhood. From transitioning to a different daycare and adjusting to a new routine to navigating big emotions, toddler tantrums, and learning how to regulate our emotions, there’s been a lot happening lately!

I’m opening up about what it’s been like watching Raya grow into her own little person, learning to understand her feelings, and figuring out how to show up for her during the harder moments while also managing my own emotions as a mom. Motherhood has a way of challenging you in ways you never expected, and sometimes the hardest part is remembering that our little ones are still learning how to navigate a world that can feel so big to them.

But the truth is, we’re learning, too. We’re allowed to have hard days, feel overwhelmed, and give ourselves the same patience and understanding we try to give our children.
