Step 1: Take Sonic the Hedgehog
Step 2: Put Sonic on Sega Game Gear
Step 3: ???
Step 4: Profit!
Sonic 2 was released on the Sega Game Gear as it should have been. A Sega handheld should have games featuring their best mascot. Unfortunately for Sonic, he just wants to go fast. But can you go fast when you can't see where you're going? Let's break this game down and see if we can find where Sega may have missed out on that important step 3.
Plus, we stop by 1992. We talk about some sweet Nickelodeon shows from back in the day, those late-night HBO movies our parents didn't know we were watching, and I still ponder to myself... “What is inside of a Stretch Armstrong....?”
It’s probably sand.
And of course, I can't keep the thoughts straight and talk about a whole bunch of other nonsense too...
