In little Green Hills, Montana, the town folk are protected by one man. Little do they all know they are being watched over by a myth, a legend, a creature known only as the blue devil. When a sudden power outage occurs the smartest man in the world goes to investigate this occurrence and the three of them eventually come together in a struggle of good and evil.
