This week's beautiful conversation is with Sonja Lockyer, fellow Qoya teacher and Queen of Calm. We talk about the journey of being completely disconnected from intuition to coming home to trusting yourself. Sonja shares her understanding of internal intelligence, which is both cellular and somatic. Sonja generously offers her expansive, practical experience and invites us to regularly tap into and trust our inner wisdom, making connecting to our intuition a thing we do during our everyday activities. I adore Sonja, her grace and her strength and I hope you enjoy this episode.
About Sonja:
Sonja Lockyer - teacher of yoga, qoya, breath practices and meditation. For over 20 years Sonja has been exploring tools that support self regulation, cultivating access to calm in body and mind. She is curious about the ways in which we can build a deep sense of safety within our body and our perception by being gentle, compassionate and present. She leads The Wellbeing Ritual Club, serving participants from the UK and Europe with a mix of 30 minute live daily practices and a kind community.
