God created the earthly relationship between son and father to illustrate how we can connect with Him beyond a scriptural God figure that is on the outside of us, into a more intimate awareness of Him as our Father, living and functioning in and through us. Being a son causes the father to be a father and it takes a father for a son to be a son. When we acknowledge, receive and esteem God as our Father, He acknowledges, receives and esteems us as His sons. In this message, Pastor Jeremiah teaches us that as we receive our identity from the Father, we become more aware of our purpose and responsibility to reveal the Father, moving from sonship to oneship.
