This week’s episode is a really personal one.
I wanted to finally sit down and share my story — what it was like growing up in ballet, training in such a high-pressure environment, and how that impacted my relationship with my body and my mental health.
I open up about my experience with body image, disordered eating, and some of the harder moments I went through, but also the parts of ballet that shaped me into who I am today.
This episode felt important to share. Not for sympathy, but because I know so many girls go through similar things and feel like they have to keep it to themselves.
If you’ve ever felt like that, you’re not alone 🤍
