Studies on each individual component, sound bath and guided sleep meditation provide insights into their potential benefits. Research published in the journal Complementary Therapies in Medicine found that sound baths led to significant reductions in anxiety and stress levels. Guided sleep meditation, on the other hand, has been associated with improved sleep quality and duration. A study published in JAMA Internal Medicine reported that individuals practicing guided sleep meditation experienced enhanced sleep duration and quality. Although more research is needed on their combined effects, both soothing sound baths and guided sleep meditation offer promising avenues for relaxation and sleep enhancement.
