Here is probably my favourite interview ever; this is with Toronto based, Soph. She's just released her debut album 'F2', which I randomly came across on YouTube, I was drawn to the album cover and had a listen and was immediately hooked. The more I Iearn about Soph, honestly the more I love her, she is such a good person and such a talented artist. There's so much to be proud of in her body of work so far, such a promising start. She's fully aware and open to interpretation, not just with her music, but her look, her creativity, her art, and who she choses to collaborate with. She's just dropped a collaboration with fellow singer-songwriter Marsy, 'Passionate', written and produced in one day, 'we wrote and recorded this song in a day just for fun, so this is me dipping my toes in releasing what the fuck ever when the fuck ever.' Now I know some people will look at that like it's crazy, but honestly the more I do this, the more I totally get that vibe, And the best about it is, IT'S SO GOOD! So much talent on display.
