It's a new year and we're baaaack!

Recorded just before Christmas, this week's episode features British track sprinter Sophie Capewell. One of the biggest new names in women's sprinting, Sophie came up through the GB programme and had a huge season in 2022, taking home medals at both the Commonwealth Games and the World Championships.

As well as her sprinting career, we spoke to Sophie about health and advocacy in sport, her studies, and her side adventures as a photographer. You can check out her stuff here.
