Body positivity has become a buzzword in recent years, but for different reasons. While most are all for the push to love all bodies and have all body types in the limelight, others have the belief that in doing so, we are glorifying unhealthy standards on either end of the spectrum. While we all strive for self-love, but also utmost physical health, what do we need to know about representation, body image, and the body positivity movement?
