I don't usually have two episodes come out at once but I wanted to share a little extra. I touch briefly in Episode 4 about having an eating disorder. In this short bonus episode I go into a little more detail about what I dealt with, and I also took a clip from my original discussion with Amanda to share along with my story. Thank you for listening!
AHHH!! So excited for you all to hear this weeks episode with Amanda Wilson. I took a shot in the dark asking Amanda to come and record with me and she said yes! I've been following Amanda on Instagram for a while now and just love to soak in her wisdom when it comes to wellness. I've learned so much from her and I know you will too! We discuss longevity, exercise, and eating and ultimately how to steward our bodies in the best way possible. I want to live a full life of joy and take care of this body God has given me. Enjoy my conversation with Amanda, she's the best!

Hi all! Welcome to Season 3, I'm so excited to start this season off with my dear friend and riding instructor Christy Murry. We discussed so much, but also could have talked for hours more. We got to dive into how she ended up where she is, and where her love of riding and instructing came from. Christy is a wealth of knowledge on horse back riding and we discussed what learning to ride really looks like and what it’s like to take lessons and what instructor life looks like for her. I think you will enjoy this surface level discussion and the next time you see a horse rider you will look at them differently :)
We did not even cover how you can find 180 Ranch, and the joy it is to follow Christy and the ranch on social media. You can follow and also see some of her beloved horses that we talk about. And check our their website, https://180ranchnwa.com/ for more information!
