In this episode, we are joined by none other than Serge, aka @thewristplorer. Serge is a master of contextualizing watches through the examination of period photos of historical events and people, where watches are worn prominently by the photo subjects. His feed features images depicting conflict history, political figures, the space race, Formula 1, classic action films... you name it and Serge has posted it. Serge's content tends to be quite Seiko-heavy, and we are definitely okay with that! His wrist check on this episode was pretty epic, actually. We talk about his feed, sure, but the REAL subject of this chat is Serge's unbridled curiosity about watches in history. That deep-seated curiosity is surely the foundation of his amazing work. Gregg sits down with Lōcī Watch Company’s Trip Henderson over tacos and beers to discuss the new brand and the release of the Pacific Coast Highway line.
