Finding out what you dream of in your life isn't as easy as it sounds.  In a recent self-awareness challenge I was talking to participants about distinguishing between the things you love and the things you need.  Our dream life can be found in the things we love - the things that bring us joy, while the things we need can sometimes present road blocks and give us the illusion that we love them.  I wanted to go further on this topic for the gals in my challenge group and for everyone trying to clear through the clutter and find their true dreams in life.
