Welcome to this week's episode where I have a wonderful conversation with Hannah Castillo.
Hannah is a mental health counselor, coach and meditation guide. She has over 20 years working in the mental health field with clients of all ages, but in recent years finds herself primarily working with women who report feeling overwhelmed and are looking to regain their sense of self.
Hannah started her own meditation journey after being diagnosed with POTS and continues to have a daily meditation practice. She recently launched the Love Your Calm: mini meditations podcast in order to help others experience the benefits of including a few minutes of meditation in their daily routine.
Hannah also provides guided meditations, mental health content and provides coaching on the Aura app. When she is not at work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, spending time outdoors, cooking, reading, and practicing her latte art.
