Kimberly Rhyan is a survivor…...she grew up in the foster care system and was sexually abused as an adolescent. Anxiety, depression and PTSD have been lifelong challenges. Through grit, determination and self-care she is living a healthy, happy life. Kimberly is now a speaker/trainer/consultant who inspires and empowers foster parents, caseworkers, supporters, educators, and foster care youth/alumni to step into their future better prepared to facilitate and achieve foster youth’s successes.
