Soul Level Love: The Five Sacred Surrenders

Listen Later

Today we're going deep — because this isn't about surface-level attraction or love that leaves you feeling empty. This is about soul level love. The kind that is real, divine, and built to last.

And here's the truth nobody wants to say out loud: you cannot call in that kind of love while holding onto the version of yourself shaped by fear and old wounds. You have to be willing to surrender.

As Still Alchemy Sanctuary reminds us: "The love you seek is not outside of you — it is a frequency you must first become."

Here are the five surrenders.

Surrender One. Release the version of you who chases emotionally unavailable people. The push and pull, the almost-but-not-quite — that intensity is not love. That's a pattern. And patterns can be rewritten. The new declaration: I now magnetize love that is ready, honest, and safe.

Surrender Two. Release the fear that you are too much. Stop shrinking. Stop swallowing your needs to make someone else comfortable. The right soul will not ask you to compress yourself — they will rise to meet you. The new declaration: I will not shrink for love. The right soul will rise to meet me.

Surrender Three. Release the addiction to fixing your partner. If you are always the therapist, the rescuer, the one holding everything together — ask yourself honestly: are you choosing a partner or a project? Real partnership is not a rescue mission. The new declaration: It is not my job to rescue anyone. I trust the creator with their journey.

Surrender Four. Release the habit of keeping your standards low just to avoid being alone. Settling doesn't just cost you happiness — it occupies the space your real love is trying to find you in. Being in the wrong relationship is far lonelier than being single. The new declaration: I would rather walk with the light of the creator than settle in the darkness.

Surrender Five. Release the belief that love must be earned. So many of us grew up with a transaction model of love — perform well, receive love; fall short, lose it. But real love is not a reward. It cannot be earned because it was never meant to be withheld. The new declaration: Love is not a transaction. It is a reflection of the love I give to myself and the light I carry.
