What we do in our body reveals what is going on in our soul—how we care for ourselves and others is a big indicator. Jesus, our Creator and Shepherd, is the key to vibrant, abundant life, both received and given. Nothing is more holistically life-changing than surrender to him. He has all we need. (2 Peter 1:3-11). There is no area he cannot tend; there is no corner or crevice of body or brain his grace cannot reach. He is the consummate, trustworthy Shepherd. How are we trusting him with ourselves and others?
