Christa is a devoted yoga practitioner with over 16 years of experience. She completed her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India, where she traveled solo. As an entrepreneur, she runs the blog ArtisticVegan.com, hosts the Artistic Vegan Cooking Show, and authored An Alchemical Transformation. Together with her late husband, she co-founded Gravity Body Academy, offering Structural Integration training both online and in-person. Her latest book, Living my Personal Legend and a Love that Lives On..., is a heartfelt tribute to her husband. Christa has lived in Mexico for many years, sharing her passions through local yoga classes, bodywork, and hosting Gravity Body Hands-On Training this October. Her services are available both locally and online.
