All About Meditation
This week is all about what meditation is, exactly, and offers new ways to understand it. We will of course cover the most universally known approach to meditation; the one of sitting cross-legged on the floor or on a special cushion with a straight spine, and stilling the mind by attempting to clear away thoughts, through focus on breath. But we'll also detail the many other approaches to meditation, including moving meditations, and meditating with open eyes, that can lead to great and rewarding meditation experiences for just about anyone.
