Welcome to the Souled Out Podcast Season 2 Finale!  Today I am graced with the intellectual voice of the one and only, Ian Arthur (IG: freezeframergamer), drummer for both of the bands: Child On Fire and Metadiscorse.  Ian and I have been both friends and musical partners going way back to 2003 when life was so much simpler.  Besides being an amazing drummer -- Ian has a degree in advertising/journalism and is also quite an avid gamer.  We both share strong passions for understanding and navigating the world we inhabit during this strange time of technological advancement and surging, global change.  It gets deep as Ian opens up about managing his depression with having lost both his parents very recently with his struggles with weight loss and much more.  A truly multi-dimensional individual with much to share.  Thank you for enjoying the final episode of Season 2 of the Souled Out podcast with your host, Jo Bradley!
